The Technical Implementation Manager will lead internal and external Solution Engineers belonging to the Global Technical Hub the delivery team and ensure resource availability to execute the successful configuration and customization during the implementation phase of our solution (PLM: Kubix Link), for our customers, globally. Reporting to the VP Customer Success Kubix Link, the role emphasizes team empowerment, alignment with business priorities and focus on delivering tailored and high-quality solutions to customers in a fast-paced environment.
The role operates in close alignment with the functional delivery leadership, ensuring that technical execution consistently supports their objectives, customer priorities, and overall delivery commitments.
The role is accountable for ensuring that technical execution is fully driven by project delivery priorities and customer requirements, as defined by the functional leadership of each engagement, translating them into reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

Technical skillset:
The compensation for this position ranges between EUR 75.000 and EUR 95.000 gross per annum.
The job level and contractual terms will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s experience and competencies, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria, and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector.
The overall compensation package, including any variable components and additional benefits, will be defined based on a structured assessment of the candidate’s profile against the requirements of the role, in line with the company’s compensation framework and policies.
