The IT Technician assists users to optimize the use of the tools at their disposal. More specifically, he/she should have strong knowledge of computers and how they operate, which includes having a broad understanding of hardware, software and operating systems. He/she may also have to schedule maintenance, participate in network changes and configuration, assist in or plan trainings/materials.

Position Summary

Technical I, IT Operations — Work from Office

We are looking for a Technical I, IT Operations to support the proper functioning of computer hardware, software, and IT equipment. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of IT experience, a strong service mindset, and a B2 English profile.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain computer hardware, software, workstations, printers, and phones.
• Assist users with technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Manage tickets and ad-hoc requests according to established SLA requirements.
• Support IT projects, equipment movements, application testing, and workstation preparation.
• Create and update technical documentation and user support materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment.
• Follow established IT policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, help desk, or a related technical role.
• Native Greek speaker required.
• B2 English profile required.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, workstations, printers, and phones.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support end users.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Availability to work from office.
