Make an impact

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email for KUKA Robotics products.
  • Coordinate daily team workload, priorities, and support coverage to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor adherence to support processes and quality standards.
  • Support the onboarding, training, and mentoring of new team members.
  • Track and analyze KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational actions.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation in Salesforce and provide technical documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Support teams and stakeholders in Germany to ensure alignment and best practice sharing.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and services.

What you need to succeed

  • Completed technical education (technician, engineer, or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, maintenance, commissioning, technical service, production support, engineering, or a comparable technical environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a coordination, team lead, shift lead, supervisory, or comparable operational leadership role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German knowledge is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with industrial robots, automated production systems, PLC-controlled equipment, or complex manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; previous customer support experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to leverage KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making is preferred.
  • Experience working with KUKA technologies and industrial robotics solutions is considered a strong advantage.
