The mission of the Customer Solutions Center is to be a key contributor to Gnosis’ transformative growth by bridging the gap between R&D and Commercial activities to unlock deeper connections with customers
This role serves as a primary communication liaison between customers & regional teams, and internal R&D teams You will bridge scientific expertise with practical application knowledge to enhance customer experience, solve complex formulation challenges, and ensure successful product development outcomes You will work with a collaborative team of scientists and industry experts using a customer-centric approach. You will play a key role in communication with regional R&D Experts to align regional & global activities You will leverage existing knowledge while further developing your scientific expertise to create new knowledge for customers and internal teams.
