We are reinforcing our Sales OE Trailer Sales & Customer Management team at our location in Jossigny, France.

In this role you will ensure customers receive the right technical support and possess the necessary technical knowledge to resolve issues with ZF systems and services efficiently. You will be seen as the primary problem solver for technical ZF issues within your respective region or customer base.

• Providing customers with the right technical support and knowledge to solve issues efficiently.
• Acting as the primary problem solver for technical ZF issues within your region.
• Maintaining high technical knowledge of both ZF and customer products.
• Promoting and selling assigned product groups.
• Introducing new functions and systems to OE Trailer customers.
• Supporting and training OE customer personnel.
• Developing strong customer relationships.
• Collaborating closely with AM and OE Trailer field sales and internal sales teams.

Your profile as a Technical Field Sales Representative:

• Technical University degree.
• Technical knowledge of ZF parts, systems, and diagnostic tools is an advantage.
• Strong technical mindset and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated and systematic approach.
• Flexible personality.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in French and intermediate level of English
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
