Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Technical Expert/Functional Expert (HPC) to join our growing team!

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Technical/Functional Expert (HPC) to provide deep architectural guidance for mission HPC environments — driving design decisions across compute, scheduling, and high-speed networking.

Qualifications:

• Ten (10) years of HPC engineering experience
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field
  • An additional five (5) years of HPC engineering experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of Fifteen (15) years

Required:

• Deep understanding of HPC architecture
• High-speed networking depth: InfiniBand and Slingshot
• Linux fluency on RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, SLES, or Ubuntu
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years)

Desired Skills:

• Slurm scheduling and job orchestration
• Performance benchmarking with tools like IOR, iperf, FIO, and lnet_selftest
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Salt, and Ansible
