Mission Overview:

As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed on a consultancy mission to our client's operational buildings portfolio (approximately 95,000 m²). You will report to Keystone Solutions' engagement lead while collaborating day-to-day with the client's Head of Corporate Buildings (who reports to the client's Head of Customer Servicing & Facility Management). You will work closely with Building Site Managers, Building Managers, and external subcontractors (engineers, technicians, workers). You will be responsible for the technical management of the client's major sites in Brussels, Antwerp, and Charleroi, ensuring high standards of maintenance, operations, and project delivery under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Mission Period:

• Duration: 12 months (depending on projects' evolution, extension is possible)

Location:

• Brussels centre with a maximum of 1 day of teleworking per week

Level of Education Required:

• Master en sciences de l'ingénieur industriel (M.Sc.) – Ingénieur industriel (Ing) Electro-Mechanical

• Willingness to provide on-call services

• Manage, operate, and oversee technical installations, including:
• HVAC systems
• Electrical installations
• Sanitary systems

• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Elevators and lifts
• Design, implement, and accept technical installations (HVAC, electrical, sanitary, kitchen, BMS, elevators, etc.)
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities
• Systematically compare work carried out by different contractors
• Closely supervise service delivery
• Establish performance indicators
• Respond rapidly to failures and take appropriate corrective actions
• Monitor execution of works and report anomalies
• Propose solutions and improvements
• Compensate for system failures when necessary
• Act as backup for colleagues in routine operations
• Coordinate interventions of subcontractors
• Establish procedures and operating methods
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment
• Optimize material usage and management
• Manage technical documentation (legal and other)
• Knowledge of environmental rules (PLAGE, environmental audits, permits)

This is a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. The successful candidate will perform all listed responsibilities at the client's sites as a Keystone Solutions consultant, working closely with client stakeholders and external subcontractors while adhering to Keystone Solutions' delivery standards.

Consultancy Nature of Work:

Operate primarily on-site at the client's locations (Brussels, Antwerp, Charleroi) as a Keystone Solutions consultant. You will integrate with the client's facilities and engineering teams while being supported by Keystone Solutions' engagement leadership, methodologies, and knowledge base. Your mandate is to deliver high-impact technical management, maintenance oversight, and end-to-end project execution aligned with client objectives and Keystone Solutions' best practices.

Dynamic Projects:

Engage in diverse technical challenges spanning HVAC, electrical, sanitary systems, kitchen equipment, BMS, and vertical transportation. Expect varied scopes including preventive maintenance optimization, incident analysis and remediation, contractor performance benchmarking, and full lifecycle project delivery across multiple buildings in a large, complex operational environment.
