[What the role is]

Technical Executive (School of Health and Social Sciences)

[What you will be working on]

• Perform scheduled checks and maintenance of IT equipment and update software at designated venues.
• Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Identify shortages or replacements, manage condemnation processes, and place orders.
• Provide technical support to users on operating IT equipment and software; liaise with stakeholders to resolve IT issues.
• Assist in school system administration and support ICT initiatives, including e-assessment, cybersecurity, network, server, and peripheral maintenance.
• Support the School IT team in ongoing technical duties and projects.
• Participate in committees, project work, and quality improvement initiatives.

[What we are looking for]

• Diploma in IT.
• At least 2 years related working experience.
• Experience with RPA or Power Automate; programming skills will be an advantage.
• The candidate shall also possess the following:
  • Customer-service oriented, motivated, resourceful, responsible and team-player.
  • Good diagnostic, problem-solving and time-management skills.
