In an environment where excellence, attention to detail, and productive workplace experience are essential, the Technical Executive is responsible for organizing and coordinating general affairs, facilities, and operational services, ensuring H&S and security levels are met to Richemont standards across the dedicated Customer Service platform.
The Technical Executive will be responsible for overseeing the entire office area designated for Customer Service. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders in and out of the entity. The individual will proactively identify and manage daily requirements, encompassing daily office operations, facility maintenance, equipment and supply management, on-site H&S and security management all with the goal of ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency for the Customer Service platform.
