Requirements;

• Male with min age 25 years old
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good and charming appearance/talkative/communicative
• Good command in English both oral and written is a must
• Ability to communicate in Japanese is a plus

• Min 2 years experience in the same field
• Proven experience in project supervision or a similar role, preferably in construction, engineering, or related industries.
• Have experience Especially project construction (finishing painting/coating)
• Ensure the project is completed on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor the projects overall progress and adjust as necessary.
• Supervise the activities of contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and other project personnel.
• Coordinate tasks and communication among all team members involved in the project.
• Provide guidance and support to the project team to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor the construction or project work for quality, ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
• Oversee the proper use and management of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure that all materials and resources are available and used efficiently throughout the project.
• Update daily reports to reflect the status of the project, including any changes or issues.
• Identify potential risks or delays in the project and implement solutions to minimize their impact.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to avoid accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Assist in meetings with clients to ensure project expectations and requirements are met.
