Stamm Media Tech is seeking an experienced Technical Event Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events from corporate meetings to tradeshows. You will succeed in this role if you are a successful multi-tasker and are quick to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical production budgets, all CAD drawings, equipment lists, labor call sheets, etc.
• Stay up-to-speed on industry trends, new technology, and equipment to acquire for clients
• Assist with RFPs and pricing proposals
• Collaborate with developers, designers, vendors, and strategists to ensure the final product is consistent with the client’s vision
• Maintain current industry knowledge to better serve new and existing clients
• Utilize project management tools like MS Office Suite and design software like AutoCAD

Requirements:

• Five (5) years minimum experience with large-scale productions (festivals, large keynotes, tradeshows, etc.) or relevant technical production experience
• Proficient knowledge or relevant experience with Audio Visual and IT
• Strong project management skills with an emphasis on budgeting, scheduling, and client relations
• Produce results in a fast-paced, on-the-fly, high-stakes pressure environment
• Willingness to travel, work nights & weekends, and a good driving record is required
• Ability to lift 50lbs
