At egg we make experiences. Real ones.
The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.
We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.
We laugh a lot too. Sometimes at work. Mostly at ourselves.
Which brings us to you
You're someone who enjoys turning ambitious ideas into reality. You can look at a creative brief and immediately start thinking about how to make it happen: the technology, the infrastructure, the risks, the suppliers, the budget and the countless details that sit behind a flawless event.
You stay calm when things get complicated, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and take ownership from planning through on-site delivery.
You're also curious about the future of event production. Whether it's AI, automation, smarter workflows or emerging event technologies, you're always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
What you’ll be doing
Design and recommend technical solutions for live, hybrid and virtual events, balancing creative ambitions with technical, budget and logistical realities
Lead technical planning and preparation, including production documentation, venue layouts, equipment specifications and risk assessment
Act as the technical bridge between Project Managers, Creative teams, clients and suppliers throughout the entire event lifecycle
Source, brief and manage audiovisual and production partners, ensuring quality, reliability and cost efficiency
Oversee technical delivery on-site, including installation, live operation and dismantling, while resolving challenges in real time
Contribute to the continuous improvement of production tools, processes, technology standards and AI-enabled ways of working
What you’ll bring
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
Experience & skills
3-5 years of experience in technical event production, audiovisual production or live event operations
Strong understanding of multiple technical disciplines including audiovisual, lighting, video, streaming, networking, rigging and event infrastructure
Experience designing technical solutions and producing technical documentation, drawings and production plans
Ability to read and create technical drawings using tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD or equivalent software
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Excel, combined with a genuine interest in technology, AI and process automation

The most important bit
At egg, feedback goes in all directions: up, down and sideways. We believe accountability and kindness can coexist.
It’s okay to make mistakes here, as long as we own them, learn from them, and don’t keep serving them sunny-side up forever.
We’re proud of a team made up of people from all walks of life, backgrounds and perspectives. We believe this makes our work better, our thinking sharper, and our outcomes stronger.
We welcome applications from all genders, including transgender and non-binary people, as well as BIPOC communities, LGBTQ2S+ communities, and people with visible and non-visible disabilities.
We are also an ESG-driven company committed to making a positive impact beyond our own walls.

Founded in early 2000, EGG is an international experiential communication agency, 100% independent, specialized in the conception, management and production of events (physical, virtual, hybrid) and communication programs for clients worldwide with offices in France, Switzerland, Belgium, USA, Italy, UAE, Spain, KSA & Germany.
Over the years, we’ve created and produced meetings and other events for some of the biggest names in the global pharmaceutical and healthcare industries and we’re a steadily growing reference in the technology, sports, luxury goods and financial services sectors, too.
Okay, that’s the formal stuff out of the way. Let’s get to the bit you really care about.
How do we work? And, more importantly, why should you work with us?
Well, if you like people who really listen to what you need, who know how to push creative boundaries to produce memorable, one-of-a-kind events without compromising your key strategic and business goals, then you’ll like us. And we’ll like you too. So just think how great we’ll be together.
Put some EGG in your event
We think great ideas start with great people. We value creativity, collaboration and good old-fashioned hard work. We think it’s better to stand out from the crowd than to be just a face in the crowd.
We’re passionate, innovative, can-do people, with talent to spare.
Your mom would love us.
