Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, electrical / mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in cost estimation, tender preparation, or project costing within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or technical services.
Strong knowledge of estimating techniques, pricing strategies, and cost analysis.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
