Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate initiatives for process enhancement utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive innovation by implementing improvement suggestions generated through collaborative brainstorming sessions and the dissemination of best practices.
  • Develop and execute manufacturing strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction, presenting innovative solutions to address these challenges.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels on operational excellence principles, tools, and techniques, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Review current productivity level and machine and worker relationship and design value-added processes to produce optimum results
  • Promote the adoption of best practices in manufacturing and process optimization across the organization, fostering consistency and standardization where applicable.
  • Oversee the documentation and maintenance of processes and SOPs for manufacturing and align the requirements to meet the quick turnarounds of results
  • Research and implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to further enhance manufacturing effectiveness, remaining abreast of industry trends and competitive benchmarks.
  • Supervise productivity and conduct cost-of-quality analyses to address deviations and expedite remediation through thorough root cause analysis of complaints and discrepancies.
  • Report cost of quality and turnaround time on non-conformities
  • Handling ISO Audits for UAE and India
  • Providing support for VAV installation and commissioning to the clients
  • Providing technical support for Sales and marketing on Clients meetings
  • Market study based on customer feedback and hand on support to R&D
  • Develop a process optimisation plan in discussion with various stakeholders of manufacturing and sales support to provide value-added services based on the voice of customer
  • Continuous write technical blogs in Linkedin for awareness and promoting ( Process)

Must have skills and qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech ( Industrial Engineer / Mechanical ) with MBA preferable from Reputed Institution.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification will be an additional preference.
  • 0-1 Years of experience in the fields.
  • Self-Motivated and ready to look for long-term association.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Computer skills in MS Office packages with PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Pleasing personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Team player and interpersonal skills.
