As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, our customers are at the heart of our business.

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as a Technical Engineer

You will work as a technical-quality specialist embedded in a global aerospace supply chain environment. This is a desk-based, data-intensive role — you won’t handle physical products directly, but you will need to understand components, specifications, and customer requirements.

As a Technical Engineer you will be keeping data accurate, documentation compliant, and processes running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing customer and standard technical drawings for accuracy and compliance
  • Reviewing customer documentation and requirements against our internal standards
  • Verifying customer requirements entered in our ERP system
  • Reviewing and managing technical clauses and contractual conditions
  • Support in mastering new parts into our product systems and databases
  • Maintaining and updating the Approved Supplier List
  • Verifying suppliers against quality and compliance criteria
  • Controlling and updating information systems to ensure data is current and accurate
  • Managing and maintaining data in compliance with regulations and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent technical qualification
  • Experience in quality assurance or engineering roles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and complex specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Advanced MS Excel skills — ability to manage and work with large volumes of data
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

In return we will offer the things that matter:

  • Salary between 7300 and 9000 PLN gross monthly.
  • We want you to share in the success of Incora, so every employee is eligible for one of our incentive programs.
  • Comprehensive medical care through Luxmed, providing wide access to specialists and diagnostics.
  • UNUM group insurance, offering additional security for you and your family.
  • Co-funding for the Multisport card, supporting an active and healthy lifestyle.
  • Holiday allowance, providing extra financial support for your annual leave.
  • Employee discount programs, giving access to attractive offers and special deals.
  • Hybrid work model, offering flexibility and a better work–life balance.
  • Very importantly we want to be with you to help your career take off and become part of the Incora Story.

So, if you feel that the above describes you well, and want to be part of developing the Incora Story, apply now – we can’t wait to hear from you!
