Your role

Following training on our Milli-Q® water purification systems for laboratories, used across Research, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetics, and Food & Beverage industries, you will play a key role insupporting our service organization and developing high-quality technical documentation.

Key responsibilities include: providing daily technical support to service teams on the existing product portfolio; acting as the voice of Serviceability in new product development; developing and improving technical content and documentation for customers and field service engineers, leveraging digital tools; proactively gathering information, data, methods, and ideas from R&D, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to inform content creation; participating in the training plan setup and supporting its execution; defining, promoting, and driving harmonized improvement practices; ensuring timely communication of updates and relevant information to the field service organization.

Who you are

•Engineer or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's degree / BAC+3 to BAC+5) with 5 to 10 years of experience in R&D, Production Support, or Technical Services within instrumentation, Life Sciences, or digital products

• Proven experience in technical writing and/or installation and maintenance of equipment is a strong plus

• Naturally curious and technically versatile (comfortable across mechanics, electronics, IT, chemistry, and process-related topics)

Fluent in English (written and spoken); French and/or additional languages are a valuable asset

• Open to innovation and digital content creation approaches (e.g., DITA authoring, Adobe InDesign)

• S trong organizational skills, autonomy, and analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex information effectively
