We are proud of working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for Technical Documentation Coordinator to contribute to successful growth of Teltonika Telematics. 

Teltonika’s telematics business unit designs and manufactures GPS tracking devices that enable efficient fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. By applying the latest technologies, Teltonika continues to set new standards in the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

  • Generate device order codes for Sales Managers.
  • Coordinate procurement and integration of power cables, packaging, and other components under specific order codes.
  • Prepare, translate, and improve internal procedures to ensure clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify documentation gaps and ensure continuous improvement of documentation processes.
  • Coordinate inquiries with R&D, Production, QA, and Supply Management teams
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Support, Product Managers, R&D, and Designers.
  • Perform quality assurance checks before delivering solutions to Sales Managers.

What we expect of you:

  • Have strong written and spoken English skills (additional foreign languages are an advantage).
  • Possess good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have an analytical and creative mindset, able to manage large volumes of data.
  • Have basic technical knowledge.
  • Are capable of analyzing and solving complex problems.
  • Have experience with ticket-based systems (Jira, OpenProject, Service Desk) – considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills to coordinate documentation and cross-functional tasks efficiently.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~ 1820 Eur - 2630 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
