Technical Documentary Engineer

Responsibilities

1、负责公司质量管理体系文件的撰写、文件内容格式整理、以及版本控制等工作。

2、负责研发项目开发相关文件撰写、发布、审核、签核、受控等文件整理工作。

3、管理与维护系统上产品相关信息，BOM升级维护，Rohs&Reach信息维护，产品设计变更流程与文档等相关工作。

4、项目相关文件的中、英文翻译工作。

5、研发项目全部流程参与协助，从产品需求分析、设计开发、测试验证、送样评估、功能性能环境实验与可靠性测试等。

6、协助研发部门的日常事务性管理工作。

7、跟踪、协调研发项目的开发进度，部门工作协调与汇总工作。

What we expect

1. 全日制专科及以上学历，3年以上研发助理或文职专员工作经验，计算机/软件/电子工程/英语或相关专业优先。

2. 有实际文档专员工作经历或项目管理经验。

3. 良好的文档撰写习惯，英语良好，能够胜任专业文档撰写任务。

4. 有良好的文献调研和口头表达能力者优先。

1. 熟练使用AI工具进行翻译和技术内容生成者优先

素质要求：

1. 良好的团队合作、钻研拼搏的精神，并能在压力下有效工作。

2. 良好的自律精神，对技术有敏锐的洞察力，有较强的自学能力。
