Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Document Controller to be an integral part of our team. This position is a permanent project supporting Epic Piping. The selected individual will be employed and paid by a third party.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Work with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to issue and transmit requested documents.
• Train and assist team members in the use of document management software
• Retrieve documents from archive upon request
• Respond to requests for documents and distribute them as needed
• Familiar with and utilize department standards, procedures, and guidelines. Understand shop methods used in the fabrication of pipe spool.
• Familiarity with client project scope and specifications.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum of 2 years in Document Control or in Engineering office.
• Academic education to diploma level in Engineering.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of records management procedures and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel Good in typing skills.
