What You’ll Lead and Contribute To
In addition to your technical leadership, you will play a critical role in strengthening client relationships, expanding industry networks, and enhancing the company’s reputation. You’ll leverage your established industry position and trusted client connections to continue building our brand, expanding the project pipeline, and positioning the organisation for future growth. Your ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships will be instrumental in ensuring ongoing business success and fostering new opportunities.

Project Leadership and Design Management Spearhead the design, development, and delivery of high-impact roads projects, ensuring quality, sustainability, and innovative solutions.
Strategic Influence Shape the direction of engineering practice, setting technical standards and driving best practices across your team.
Team Development Mentor and guide our team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence.
Collaboration Across Borders Work with a network of professionals across the ANZ region, leveraging diverse expertise to deliver impactful projects.
Driving Innovation Lead initiatives that integrate the latest engineering technologies and sustainable practices to create smarter, safer, and more efficient infrastructure.
