Job Description

  • Lead and drive the Engineering team, ensuring safe, reliable and high-quality delivery of facilities management, technical services and customer solutions within a complex, mission-critical operating environment. Grow the technical competency of the team perform in-house works and reduce reliance on sub-contractors.
  • Lead and drive the Digital team integrating digital solutions into FM operations to enhance productivity. Support the deployment of smart FM and technology initiatives. Work with digital solutioning teams to implement innovations for clients.
  • Lead and drive the Operational Excellence team to audit the projects ensuring compliance to the contract requirements. Provide training and support to the team ensuring the quality of the audit is optimal.
  • Support the FM operation to resolve technical issues, including providing solutions or rectification and meeting the clients to provide updates with reports
  • Support cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Procurement, Contracts and sustainability team in reviewing of tender documents, technical specifications, cost estimates, project proposals and commercial submissions to support contract delivery and business growth.
  • Provide Technical related training to the FM team and review the competency of the technical staff. Support the COJTC training system.
  • Conduct divisional audits, site reviews and performance assessments to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, information security requirements and operational control frameworks.
  • Provide people leadership by fostering a safety-first culture, teamwork, performance excellence, talent development and accountability across multi-disciplinary teams and service partners.
