Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor team members to foster skill development, deepen understanding of the firm's systems, and enhance overall productivity.

• A global shipping company in central NJ is seeking a hands-on Development Manager with a strong C#.

• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage multiple clients and project teams concurrently in an agile and fast-paced environment.

• Take charge of overseeing business analysis, development work, and ensuring the quality assurance of projects.

• Conduct proactive follow-ups on projects, ensuring their timely and successful delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of comprehensive experience, with a focus on project management for a minimum of 5 years.

• Exceptional communication skills, adept at collaborating with local and global teams and managers.

• Proficient in C#, .Net framework, WinForms, Rest APIs, entity framework (or another ORM), and SQL.

• Hands-on experience supporting development teams and providing guidance to project managers, following industry best practices.

• Proactive in staying updated on emerging technologies and evolving product development practices.

• Strongly Preferred:

• Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

• Experience with the agile methodology.

• Proficiency in Azure development, including Service Bus, Graph API, and Authentication.
