As a Technical Designer (f/m/d), you will work on varied design projects for our expanding crystal figurine segment, along with decorative and functional objects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate within a highly skilled and professional team in an international environment.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver designs on time, with technical sheets that are in line with the creative vision and marketing brief
  • Design according to cost targets/margins, ensure feasibility and remain creative and innovative in the design proposals
  • Constantly stay up to date with the knowledge of crystal applications and new techniques (internal & external) and integrate these into the designs
  • Integrate the creative input and lead the design phase of complete product families
  • Collaborate and work closely with the following teams: Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Product Marketing, and Prototyping (internal & external)
  • Sharpen business acumen for the Home Decoration category and gather consumer insights

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • 3 years of work experience in the field of Industrial Design
  • Ideally a degree in Applied Arts, Product Design or Industrial Design
  • Skills in physical and digital sculpting with Blender, 3D Coat (the main software used in the team)
  • Experience also with CAD software e.g. Rhinoceros skills highly appreciated (also used as main software in the team for designing, NURBS and SubD modeling)
  • Experience with KeyShot and able to create renderings for internal reviews and Design Releases highly appreciated
  • Creativity and an affinity for 3D visualizations and a good eye for proportions and anatomy
  • Strong trend awareness, solid technical acumen, and a keen interest in crystal design and materials
  • Excellent command of the English language (German is a plus)

Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base monthly salary for this position is at least € 3108,81 gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
