Essentials: Degree/Higher Diploma in Architecture or equivalent, 5+ years post-qualification experience, experience in design and detailing of mixed-used residential led schemes, previous developer/house builder essential
Location: South Dublin
Salary: €80,000 - €85,000
Package: Annual bonuses (up to 10%), company car/ car allowance, pension, health insurance, annual salary reviews, life assurance, income protection, travel scheme

Overseeing: D&B Coordinator, Document Controller etc.

Our client is a well-established residential developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable homes. Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of live projects, they are looking to appoint a Design Manager to oversee design coordination and technical delivery from planning approval through to project completion.
The successful candidate will manage external consultants and coordinate all design elements, including M&E, structural and façade packages, across 1–2 residential sites.
Responsibilities will include supporting project managers, overseeing technical specifications, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and collaborating with in-house architects to develop practical, commercially viable design solutions.
