Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment and shifting priorities
  • Organize and maintain the seasonal sample library
  • Retrieve and manage previous sample for fitting
  • Log all incoming and outgoing samples into WIP and fit charts accurately
  • Communicate daily with overseas factories, production team and design team regarding any updates for fit and status
  • Track and maintain an updated record of samples borrowed by other departments

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in fashion design or technical design
  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion required
  • Proficiency in Excel and PLM system is plus(Centric)
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills
  • Detailed oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift focus as needed
  • Strong follow-through skills, especially following up with multiple teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to write succinct messages and communicate clearly

The salary range for this full-time role is dependent on experience between $55,000 - $60,000.
