We work with clients across different industries, and team up with our colleagues across sales and product. We work alongside our customers at every stage of the client lifecycle:
We are an eclectic bunch. Our backgrounds include sales engineering, solutions architects, customer support, customer success, management consulting, and project management.
Some of us had a technical background before joining, and experience with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Zapier, or Data Warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery); but many of us transitioned from commercial roles; we wanted to get deeper into products, and are self-taught technically.
Our Technical Deployment Specialists support our mid market customers and work closely with our Deployment strategists
Competencies
We are not obsessed about years of experience, we look for something deeper.
The main thing is business acumen, coupled with technical aptitude (especially automation and AI). You probably know how to read a P&L statement, and have programmed “hello world”.
You get that this role is all about creating tangible business value, not getting lost in technical details. In short, you are someone who translates business requirements into results.

Successful Technical Deployment Leads have numerous career path opportunities. Senior leadership roles, international expansions, switching departments (product, support); as well as driving strategic projects.
Salary range depends on location and experience, range between ~$90,000-$130,000 OTE per year.
