We are looking for a highly capable Technical Architect Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology and business change initiatives within a fast-paced payment processing environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across large-scale transformation programmes, collaborating with senior stakeholders, architecture teams, engineering functions, and business leaders to deliver strategic outcomes that support Barclays’ innovation and regulatory commitments.
Essential Skills
Strong experience in technical analysis within complex payment processing environments.
Proven capability in defining business and technology requirements for enterprise-scale change.
Familiarity with Scrum techniques and Agile delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of complex change across multiple teams and business areas.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present and consult on complex topics with senior audiences.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities with a focus on delivery outcomes.
Desirable Skills
Experience delivering change within large regulatory transformation programmes.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, proactively identifying and driving solutions.
Experience working within large-scale financial services or enterprise technology environments.
