Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Technical Delivery Lead to join our Digital Solutions team

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions for new and existing customers, translating complex business requirements into high-quality, workable products

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team, working alongside Project Managers, Technical Architects, and Developers to implement cutting-edge Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and automated capture platforms

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the technical implementation of digital solutions by developing detailed design documents, architectural diagrams, and functional specifications to guide the development team

  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Technical Architects to define project schedules, establish Level of Effort (LOE) estimates, and oversee the Agile development process, including sprint stories and backlog management

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and system quality by serving as the Quality Assurance (QA) lead, while managing infrastructure, networking, and firewall requirements for secure solution deployment

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical solutions implementation, integration, or information management

  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies—such as Agile and Scrum—and hands-on knowledge of technical stacks including .Net, Java, Python, and Structured Query Language (SQL)

  • Proven Ability: Demonstrated success in software analysis, requirements gathering, and coordinating technical teams to exceed customer expectations through innovative problem-solving

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional work experience
