For one of our main clients based in Luxembourg - major financial institution, we are looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Lead with focus on cross-squads dependencies management - in order to coordinate multiple squads activities and interdependencies between projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery accountability across all squad workstreams and applications.

The role will be performed on hybrid mode based in Luxembourg - read 60% onsite at client premises and 40% remote, therefore being based in Luxembourg, having full work rights, and/or relocation to Luxembourg will be required.

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will perform the following tasks:

  • End-to-end delivery accountability across all squad workstreams and applications — from technical architecture and Kanban flow

    through to production deployment.

  • Managing cross-app dependencies, monitor progress, highlight risks and mitigation strategy and prepare status reports and management

    reports when needed.

  • Coaching the team, driving continuous improvement, and coordinate decisions with the Product Owner, Technical Lead and QA Lead.

Requirements

Are you the perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s degree;

  • Advanced English skills (level C1).

  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and Kanban, WIP management and flow metrics and cross-squads dependecies management.

  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business-level status and risk language.

  • Proven delivery accountability — ownership of outcomes, not just execution.

  • Experience with the whole software delivery life-cycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment in large enterprise or

    banking context.

  • Hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably hands-on development experience in Java.

  • Solid expertise with software quality management and test automation.

  • Good ability to synthesize.

  • Capacity to deliver within tight deadlines.
