A role you will love

As our Technical Delivery Lead, you will play pivotal role in supporting the delivery of our Enterprise Identity Platform, enabling value realisation for our value streams and customers, ensuring engineering excellence and strategic alignment in our multi-year transformational program.

In this role you will play a crucial role in cultivating a high-performance team culture, focused on delivering exceptional results. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the methodologies and practices within the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the identity release required by the value streams, fostering strong collaborative relationships with the Product Manager, Value Stream Delivery Lead and Value Stream Architect.
  • Support the planning and work with the Identity PO on resource allocation to deliver the value streams effectively.
  • Employ your extensive technical experience to identify and resolve challenges, keeping the delivery process on track.
  • Design and implement development, testing and deployment best standards across the identity team.
  • Strike a balance between managing immediate operational requirements and long-term planning.
  • Ensure the team is well-equipped to handle current tasks while being prepared for future challenges.
  • Produce comprehensive reporting and project artifacts, providing clear visibility of progress to stakeholders across various levels.


What will you bring to the role?

As you’ve probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with experience of delivering excellent software solutions particularly within the Identity space. Ideally you will have experience from a Financial Services organisation who has embarked on an Identity transformation or a FinTech that has launched Identity products and platforms.

With this role being a key part of our team, you will need to be experienced in managing and building excellent stakeholder relationships with people at all levels.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Excellent experience working in delivery team environments.
  • Significant experience in Identity Access Management.
  • Excellent People Management and leadership skills within a development environment.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to collect and analyse complex material and data and present it in accessible formats.
  • Proven experience management delivery within an Agile environment.
  • High levels of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
