What You Will Do

  • Drive customer success initiatives by managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with the company's solutions.
  • Utilize Langchain to develop and implement customer onboarding processes that enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments with clients to proactively address concerns and ensure continued engagement.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and resources to empower customers in maximizing the use of the company's tools.
  • Serve as a technical resource for customers, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting issues.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 5–15 years of experience in customer success or account management within the tech industry.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in Kubernetes (K8s) and familiarity with developer tools.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred

  • Experience in AI, enterprise software, or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.

Compensation and Benefits
