Currently we are looking for:

Technical Customer Service Specialist (m/k)

Location: Opolska, Kraków

Purpose of the position:

Providing the high-quality technical customer support through the SMA technical after sales support Service Line.

Your role:

• Maintains the technical after sales support of the SMA Service Line and uses communication and troubleshoot-ing skills to provide customer support to mainly electrical PV installers / PV professionals of SMA Solar Technology AG
• Provides technical support on several SMA product and customer groups,
• Ability to follow technical troubleshooting guides and technical knowledge to determine technical / procedural resolution or escalation path,
• Compliance with the work regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Carrying out other instructions of the supervisor in accordance with the law and within the agreed type of work.

What we require:

• Experience in one of the below fields:
• Electronics Technician
• Electrician
• Electronics Technician for Building System Integration
• Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology
• Information Electronics Technician
• Radio and Television Technician, Mechatronics Technician
• Basics of electrical engineering: Ohm's law, direct current, alternating current, electrical circuits, electrical components,
• PV/Solar technology and systems: PV/Solar- inverters, -modules, -monitoring & control, as also storage,
• and e-mobility systems, standards and normative requirements,
• Basic knowledge of mathematics: Basic arithmetic operations, basic quantities/units, multiples and parts of units, mathematical signs,
• Telecommunication: Network technology, interfaces (IP LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RS485), internet web browsers
• Knowledge of IT systems and programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Teams
• Salesforce Service CRM & Master Data Record Keeping is a bonus
• German – Advanced, min.B2
• Customer focus and a service-oriented attitude,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required,
• Ability to communicate on the phone and online with customers while taking detailed notes is required,
• Ability to analyse and solve technical problems and to protocol these steps,
• Ability to find out the root cause of a failure,
• Ability to work under time pressure and stress.
