Lead a large-scale e-mobility power electronics project in a highly innovative, fast-paced environment, working closely with Japanese OEM (customers) to drive strategic project success. Accountable for achieving customer expectations and project targets in quality, cost, schedule, and budget while ensuring effective technical coordination and resolution of complex engineering challenges.
Act as the central interface between customers and a global, cross-functional team spanning Japan, Germany, Austria, India, and Hungary, fostering collaboration across cultures, functions, and management levels.
