Position Purpose:

Manages the customer fulfillment process by coordinating all aspects of the customer service cycle.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ability to support customer experience (WIP's, Systems, Communication) and make independent decisions to problem solve.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written format with customers..
• Creates WIP's and seeks Technical support when needed.
• Basic knowledge of system and ability to use.
• Ability to use systems (Ticket creation, Scheduling, TS@Work etc) to execute customer transaction.
• Supports Customers with ability to answer inquiries/needs including seeking assistance on topics issues that need escalation.
• Creates Tickets to support Customer projects.
• Works to execute business transactions to customer service standard.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technical field or similar.
• Preferred 1-3 years of Technical Customer support experience in the hazardous waste/materials or similar industry.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Basic technical knowledge of industry and services; reliance on support staff.
• Basic system and technical skills
• Self-motivated.
• Good judgment.
• High energy.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Good stress management methods.

Additional Information

Pay Range: $65000 to $80000 per year
