David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Technical Customer Advisor for their office in Athens, Greece

Position: Technical Customer Advisor

Location: Athens, Greece

Work model: Hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer interactions via phone, chat, email and social media channels

• Identify customer needs and provide professional technical support and troubleshooting guidance

• Ask relevant probing questions to diagnose technical issues and guide customers through appropriate solutions

• Build positive customer relationships through clear, professional and effective communication

• Provide accurate information using internal tools, knowledge bases and support resources

• Meet individual and team customer service targets and case handling KPIs

• Record customer interactions, update customer accounts and maintain accurate documentation

• Follow company communication standards, procedures and customer support policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or near-native fluency in German and Greek, both written and spoken

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer situations

• Strong phone handling skills and ability to manage multiple communication channels

• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and manage time effectively

• Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
