We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Working Student to support the maintenance and operation of PTV Route Optimiser ST, a professional route optimization solution used in logistics and transport planning.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced routing software, SQL databases, and real-world IT systems while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

• Assist in updating and maintaining the PTV Route Optimiser ST application

• Support the management and maintenance of SQL databases

• Help monitor and manage data imports, exports, and validation processes

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues

• Support internal teams and occasionally help explain updates or system changes to customers

• Contribute to maintaining smooth system performance and documentation

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in IT, Computer Science, Data, or a related field

• Interest in IT systems, software applications, and databases

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a structured way

• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Interest in route optimization, logistics, or planning systems

• Motivation to contribute to continuous improvements in routing and planning processes

• Experience with or interest in SQL reporting
