MAIN TASKS

• Request submission of audit report from Auditors
• Request documentary evidence of Auditors, Sub-con for LTM to review and approve
• Communicate to relevant parties internal and external for approval of the audit reports
• Update approval file (after SA) to proper location on the serve
• Perform admin review reports in compliance to CER-MS and procedures, Accreditation bodies ‘ requirements
• Ensure the Contract Review approval available before the audit and compliance with CER-MS for the CR requirements for the allocation of codes, auditors in scope, number of man days etc.
• Assist to LTM in legal matters and documentation
• Report suspension, withdrawal and cancellation of certificates
• Assist to arrange logistics and preparation for internal and external audit
• Ensure CER staffs competence file is updated and match with requirements
• Being back-up for Assistants at their absence

REQUIREMENTS

• Has suitable work experience in the technical aspects of the required field, complemented by training in audit techniques.

• Has the capability to identify and contribute to initiatives on continuous improvement.
• Has demonstrated strong abilities in managing subordinates or client liaison.
