At MKS, the Technical Creative Specialist – Photonics plays a critical role in bringing complex technologies to life through compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to create visually engaging, technically accurate content that showcases our photonics solutions and supports customer engagement across the buyer journey.You will translate sophisticated technical concepts into high-quality2D and 3D visuals, animations, and multimedia experiences that clearly communicate product performance, differentiation, and real-world applications.This onsite role is based at our India facility and reports to the Senior Manager, Technical Content Marketingbased at our US facilitywithin the Strategic Marketing organization.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Createvisually engaging technical and marketingmultimediaassets including2D/3Danimations, videos, motion graphics,technical illustrations,infographics,anddigital campaigncontent
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, scientists, product managers, and marketing teams to developvisual narrativesthat supportproduct positioning and storytelling.
Support product launches,integratedmarketing campaigns, customeracquisitioninitiatives, and digital programs withhigh-qualitymultimedia and creative content across multiple channels.
Develop and maintainvisual standards, templates, and design systems that align with brand guidelines while ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
Managecreative assets, workflows, and version control processes to ensure accessibility, consistency, and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
Useanalytics, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve creative effectiveness,and audience engagement.
Skills You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree inGraphicDesign, Multimedia Design, Animation, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experienceinmotion graphics, animation, or multimedia content creation, ideally in a high-tech or B2B environment.
Expert proficiency with creative and multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite,Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar platforms.
Strongportfoliodemonstratingtechnical animations,motion graphics,product and applicationvideos, and digital marketing assets.
Provenability to communicate complex technical concepts throughcompellingvisual storytelling and multimedia content.
Excellentvisual design skillswithkeenattentionto detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skillsto workeffectively across cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Skills:
Advanced degree or specialized training in Multimedia Design, Animation, Visual Communications, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Understanding of branding, UX/UI principles, digital marketing, and content engagement best practices.
Experience supporting global product launches, trade shows, or integrated marketing campaigns.
Familiaritywithwebcontent development, and social/digital media platforms.
Strong organizational, creative direction, andproject managementskills within a matrixed organization.
