Job Description

The Technical Coordinator will provide support for the day to day operations of the MLB Baseball Technology Data Centers, Youth academies and facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups to help keep projects on track.
  • Support task management and scheduling using tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow.
  • Help coordinate project approvals across Legal, Finance, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Track project expenses and support invoice processings.
  • Partner with Logistics to support shipments, labeling, and deliveries.
  • Hands on learning and assisting with installation, maintenance, and basic support of infrastructure systems.
  • Manage service tickets, including opening, updating, and closing them.

  • Communicate project risks or dependencies to the Technical Facilities Supervisor.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any requirements for restocking supplies.
  • Ensure tools, inventory, and supplies are organized and maintained across all facilities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency with common workplace tools and systems
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends during the season
  • 1+ years of relevant experience (internships or related experience welcome)
  • Valid driver’s license and passport

Pay Range: $27.00-$34.00
