Job Description

Location: Rayong, Thailand

Reporting to: Manufacturing Engineering Assistant Manager

  • Support engineering studies to improve product quality, manufacturing performance, cost efficiency, testing requirements, and continuous improvement
  • Participate in raw material change activities, including validation, monitoring, observation, and documentation
  • Support technical projects related to Material Science in Compounding, Dipping, Chlorination, and Packaging
  • Conduct laboratory trials focusing on key process parameters to drive continuous improvement
  • Support and/or lead validation protocols and project activities related to Compounding, Mixing, Forming, and Chlorination processes.
  • Conduct laboratory trials and studies focusing on key process parameters to support continuous improvement.
  • Perform laboratory work required for material, compounding, dipping, or chlorination studies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to incoming raw materials and production processes.
  • Coordinate glove or material samples for testing, storage, and shipment.
  • Initiate and coordinate testing requests and related documentation for quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare summary reports, technical analyses, test protocols, and final reports.
  • Compile technical summaries and documentation for internal and external use.
  • Update technical specifications for materials, parts, and products in accordance with internal change control procedures.
  • Ensure conformance to Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Regulatory requirements.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively across departments and provide timely feedback.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Technology, Rubber Technology, or Chemical Engineering
  • At least 2 years’ experience in glove manufacturing or a related field
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to prepare test reports and perform basic statistical analysis
  • Native Thai and English communication skills required (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills appropriate for an entry‑level technical role
