Technical Coordinator – Athens (Urgent / 3-Month Contract)

Excis is a leading global IT support company. We're seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support our global IT field service operations.

Location: Athens, Greece (On-site – Sofias, GR-10674)

Contract: 3 months (1 July – 30 Aug 2026) | Full-time, direct employment

Requirement: EU citizen with valid passport

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and coordinate technical tasks for global field service operations

  • Handle P2 priority tickets – directly collaborate with RTO team via Skype/Teams

  • Provide remote support via phone calls & remote desktop tools

  • Dispatch tickets from ICT 2 REP queue to appropriate groups

  • Manage returning ServiceNow tickets (close or reassign)

  • Reduce backlog of unresolved support tickets

  • Act as service desk backup during call volume spikes (priority window: 9–11 AM)


Requirements


  • 2–3 years of desktop support / IT helpdesk experience

  • Fluent Greek & English (C2/C1)

  • Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, O365, remote tools)

  • ServiceNow experience is a plus

  • Excellent people skills & team collaboration

Prerequisites

  • EU citizenship + valid passport

  • Clean criminal & background check

  • Available to start 25 May
