Technical Coordinator, Data & Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Technical Coordinator / Data Engineer to lead the development and management of a Data & Analytics team focused on electric bus systems.

The role involves capturing, structuring, enriching, and processing technical data from electric buses to support operational and management reporting and enable data-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate and guide a team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Architects.
• 
  Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• 
  Work with streaming and telemetry data from electric buses.
• 
  Develop data solutions using Databricks and Azure Delta Lake
• 
  Use Python, Java, or Scala for data processing and ETL development.
• 
  Support data integration, structuring, and enrichment for analytics and reporting.
• 
  Contribute to planning, coordination, and technical follow-up of the team.

Key Requirements

• 
  5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• 
  Strong experience with Databricks and Azure Delta Lake
• 
  Experience with streaming data and ETL processes.
• 
  Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• 
  Experience with databases.
• 
  Experience with IoT/telemetry data is an advantage.
• 
  Knowledge of automotive data, CAN/J1939/FMS, is an advantage.
• 
  Experience in the public transport sector is a plus.
• 
  Experience coordinating or leading a technical team is an advantage.
• Dutch at CEFR C2 level
