This Technical coordinator acts as a key enabler, driving structured planning, transparency, and consistency while ensuring alignment between strategy and execution to support sustainable delivery and future growth.

What will your job look like:

• Drive coordination between group management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead planning activities across the group, maintaining visibility on execution status, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure structured follow-up across initiatives, tracking commitments and supporting timely delivery.
• Define, implement, and promote standardized processes to improve efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
• Lead knowledge management, training, and documentation initiatives to strengthen organizational maturity and continuity.
• Maintain management reports and key performance metrics to enable data-driven decision making.

All you need is:

• B.Sc degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of project management experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage complex environments effectively.
• Proactive, results-driven, and execution-oriented.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
