We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating our technical operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and facilitating communication between various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of IT hardware and repair parts.
• Maintain communication with debtors and creditors, ensuring timely follow-ups and managing payments.
• Assist the technical team in scheduling and prioritizing repairs and projects. Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual terms.
• Prepare and manage documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a coordination role or similar.
• Familiarity with IT hardware and technical services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and other office software tools
