Job Description

The Technical Content Integration Assistant supports GHD’s Delivery Transformation (DT) program by providing handson coordination, quality assurance, and administrative support to the Technical Content Integration (TCI) workstream.
This role is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day execution of technical content integration activities, including content collection, tracking, quality checks, workshop follow‑ups, and stakeholder coordination. The Assistant plays a critical role in helping maintain standardized processes, improving content quality and consistency, and enabling adoption of enterprise technical content frameworks across Service Lines.
This role requires practical proficiency in:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Airtable (trackers, views, status management)
• SharePoint / Teams (content storage, collaboration)
• Lucid (process flows, lifecycle diagrams)
• Power BI (basic understanding for reporting inputs)

Responsibilities

Technical Content Integration Program Support
Support the execution of the Technical Content Integration program, including content intake, tracking, and follow up actions.
– Assist with maintaining standardized templates, structures, and documentation used across the TCI program.
– Coordinate content submissions from Service Lines and technical teams.
– Maintain content registers, trackers, and status dashboards to support program visibility.
– Support periodic reviews of technical content against agreed standards and governance requirements.
Content Quality & Governance Support
Perform routine quality checks on submitted technical content to confirm alignment with agreed standards, templates, and metadata requirements.
– Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or quality issues and support resolution with content owners.
– Assist with version control, archiving, and lifecycle management of technical content.
– Support governance processes for new, updated, or retired content.
Program Tracking & Reporting
– Track submission completeness, timeliness, and follow up actions across Service Lines.

– Support pre-release checks to ensure content is complete, approved, and ready for publication.
Workshops, Engagement & Adoption
– Support planning and coordination of TCI workshops, working sessions, and touchpoints.
– Assist with onboarding materials, guidance, and “how to” resources to support adoption.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communications
– Communicate timelines, expectations, and process updates to stakeholders.
– Respond to routine questions related to technical content processes, trackers, and status.
– Coordinate across DT workstreams to ensure alignment and reduce duplication.
– Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement activities.
