Job Description

Role Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Creator / Developer Advocate to design, script, and produce a high-impact technical video tutorial series. This project will showcase Firestore’s MongoDB compatibility and demonstrate seamless data and application migration pathways.The ideal candidate bridges deep backend/database engineering knowledge with modern AI-driven video production workflows (including AI avatars, live coding screencasts, and architecture visualization).

Key Responsibilities Technical Learning Content Development

• Collaborate with engineering and technical subject matter experts to understand MongoDB-to-Firestore migration workflows and related technical concepts.
• Convert engineering knowledge into structured learning materials and developer focused training content.
• Create instructional guides, tutorials, demonstrations, and supporting documentation.

Multimedia Content Production

• Design and develop high-quality training videos and multimedia learning assets.
• Produce screencasts, product demonstrations, and step-by-step technical walkthroughs.
• Create AI-avatar-based videos using platforms such as Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID, or similar tools.
• Deliver polished MP4 video modules suitable for customer and developer education.

Technical Documentation

• Develop and maintain GitHub repositories, README documentation, technical guides, and supporting code sample explanations.
• Create architecture diagrams, process flows, and visual learning assets that simplify complex technical concepts.
• Organize educational materials into structured learning paths and video chapters.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Content Creation, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Developer Education, or related fields.
• Strong experience developing multimedia and video-based learning content.
• Experience creating software, cloud, or technology-related training materials.
• Knowledge of GitHub, README documentation, and technical content publishing.
• Experience producing screencasts, presentations, and digital learning assets.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging way.
