Information Editor/Author 技术服务内容工程师

Task(s): 工作职责

• Work proactively with OEM engineering (R&D) department to collect the technical inputs to start the content authoring.

主动与汽车主机厂工程（R＆D）部门合作，收集技术输入以启动内容开发

• Writing/maintaining the technical instructions (Diagnostics/Repair methods/Labor time/User Guides) and illustrations, Proof reading the technical publications.

编写、维护技术内容(诊断/维修步骤/工时/用户手册)和插图，审核校对技术出版物。

• Keep close communication with the client to review the developed content to make sure the content is accurate and delivered as scheduled.

与客户保持密切沟通审查开发的内容，以确保内容准确并按计划交付。

• Drive the process of content development from authoring, engineering review, editing updates to release.

推动内容开发过程，从创作，工程审查，编辑更新到发布。

• Support the pre-sale activities and proposals.

支持售前的销售活动和方案。

Requirement(s): 职位要求

• College degree or above. Automotive Service/Maintenance is preferred.

大专及以上学历，汽车服务，汽车维修专业优先考虑。

• 3+ years’ experience within the automotive aftersales service industry (or Workshop Service technician). Service manual/Diagnostics/User Manual/Parts catalog development experience is preferred.

3年以上汽车售后服务行业（或车间维修技师）的经验。维修手册/诊断/用户手册/零件目录开发经验者优先。

• Familiar with some of the XML editors/illustration tools/CMS and Authoring software. Expert in developing structured and reusable content using XML/DITA/S1000D is preferred.

熟悉一些结构化XML编辑工具/图片绘制工具，CMS和内容开发软件。能够使用XML DITA S1000D开发结构化和可重用内容将优先考虑。

• High-level English language skills (CET-4 and above) and 1 year+ working experience using English as the working language.

英语语言技能（CET-4及以上）和1年以上使用英语作为工作语言的工作经验。

• Proactive communication both within the project team internally and with the client externally.

在项目团队内部和外部与客户进行主动沟通。

• Work independently with minimal supervision
