Thales Cybersecurity & Digital Identity is looking for a Technical Consultant Trainee to join our Mobile Communication Services organization. This entry-level program offers structured exposure to 5G, eSIM, IoT, and digital identity solutions, working alongside global experts and leading Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) 🌍📡

The TCT program is designed to develop the technical expertise, business knowledge, and customer-facing skills required to grow into a fully independent Technical Consultant, through comprehensive coaching and hands-on project experience.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Support technical relationships with MNOs on SIM, eSIM (Digital Profile), and IoT connectivity solutions.
• Build expertise in SIM/USIM, eSIM, OTA, and mobile network architecture
  Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams on pre-sales, technical proposals, and project execution.
• Contribute to end-to-end SIM/eSIM project delivery — from requirements to post-deployment support.
• Perform validation activities to ensure products meet quality and customer standards
• Gain hands-on proficiency in Thales tools, platforms, and project management processes.

🎯 Must-Haves

• Recent graduate in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Basic knowledge of mobile networks or telecom standards.
