Job Description

The Technical Consultant - On Demand role sits within the Technical Consulting team under Customer Consulting – On Demand, part of the Sales & Account Management organization.

The position partners closely with Account, Sales, and Proposition teams to identify and deliver high-impact initiatives that drive measurable business value and revenue growth. The team is focused on solving complex client challenges through practical, technology-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Technical Consultant - On Demand, who is motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes and building scalable solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design, develop, and implement custom tools, automations, and data-driven solutions that address real business challenges.

You will contribute across the full solution lifecycle—from early-stage discussions and solution design through to implementation and ongoing support—ensuring that deliverables are effective, sustainable, and aligned with client objectives.

What We Do

We design and deliver custom technology solutions using tools such as Python, .NET, SQL, and Excel VBA to meet client and business needs. We integrate systems through APIs and web services, and leverage platforms such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure to build scalable, resilient, and cloud‑enabled solutions that support ongoing digital transformation and cloud adoption. We support both client-facing and internal initiatives, ensuring our work delivers measurable value from the outset and remains adaptable to evolving requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and integrate applications based on defined specifications

  • Perform unit testing to ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements

  • Apply modern development practices, including CI/CD and version control using tools such as GitHub

  • Contribute to solution enhancements by identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability, and usability

  • Collaborate with technical teams to deepen understanding of systems, codebases, and business processes

  • Provide support to operations and development teams as needed

  • Produce analytical outputs, including stakeholder insights, reporting, and data-driven analysis to support business decision-making

  • Contribute to data and analytics solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

Skills and Experience:

  • You bring hands-on experience in technologies such as Python, Excel VBA, .NET, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of API integration and web services.

  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control (e.g., GitHub), and cloud platforms—particularly Microsoft Azure—is highly valued, including exposure to cloud adoption and scalable solution design.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow as well as data and analytics tools such as Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

  • You take a consultative and analytical approach, with the ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into practical, effective solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling you to work effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI is a plus and considered an added advantage.

If you are motivated by solving complex challenges and building solutions that make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
