Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing software development activities and daily support of the Oracle Commerce Cloud.
• Also responsible for the system configuration, technical design, development, testing and implementation eCommerce platform.
• Leadership support for new projects, conducting design, development relevant activities and documentation.
• Lead the team of developers to develop the production ready storefront and deliver the project on schedule
• Ability to troubleshoot defects and resolve issues related to Commerce Cloud
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance on software application related issues
• Ability to support full project delivery, including discovery, design, testing, and post go live support
• Participate in the defining coding standards and implementation best practices for Commerce Cloud
• Document and deliver technical documents to internal and external clients
• Contribute in multi-team environment for designing integration between multiple applications with Commerce Cloud
• Manage and report daily technical design, testing and development assignments under Agile, Waterfall or hybrid SDLC.
• Mentor junior teammates for the Commerce Cloud
• Familiarize and train with emerging technologies, and enhanced features within and around OCC

Must Have

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience configuring and developing in Oracle Commerce Cloud
• Experience with Commerce Cloud multi-site, multi-language and multi-currency configuration
• Experience configuring and developing with B2B and B2C storefronts
• Hands-on experience with Classic and OSF Framework
• Hands-on experience with Configurable Products, and CPQ integrations
• Experience working with or developing integrations using OIC (preferably), Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft
• Hands-on experience integrating OCC with external applications using SSE
• Extensive knowledge of OCC REST-APIs for integration, development and support needs
• Excellent knowledge of technologies such as KnockoutJS, ReactJS, Node.js, Express, JQuery, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax etc.
• Hands-on experience developing widgets, elements, Custom Knockout Data-binding, Components, Actions, Fetchers, Endpoints, etc.
• Hands-on experience with the Webhooks, Payment Gateways, SSO, and Analytics in OCC
• Extensive experience with integrations to ERP, CPQ, and other applications.
• Extensive knowledge identifying issues, find workarounds and alternate solutions in OCC
• Experience with the extensive use of Developer Tools and other debug tools and plugins, for identifying storefront issues
• Experience working and setting up with code repository (BitBucket, GitHub, etc.) and establishing CI / CD processes
• Experience working with change management tools such as JIRA
• Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously to achieve results

Desired

• Familiarity with other Oracle solutions like Oracle ERP, Oracle Marketing Cloud, or other eCommerce systems integrated with Oracle Commerce Cloud.
• Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for OCC backend and OSF/React frontend to ensure optimal user experience.
• Knowledge of integration with other CX products like CPQ & Fusion cloud would be an added advantage
• Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
• Understanding of Cloud Architecture & knowledge on Data Migration
